As a formally trained Chef in Germany, for Iris this was a natural progression to becoming a food /lifestyle photographer.
There she learned how to present food not only for taste but for the eye. As a chef she sought out some of the most beautiful resort towns and hotels in Europe: a charming small establishment in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria, and grand five star hotels in Davos and Interlaken, Switzerland.
She lives right outside Philadelphia photographing what she loves best, Food and lifestyle. When she is not photographing in her studio or on location you will find her outside in her large garden taking pictures of nature’s bounty
